Are we still God’s creations by torturing animals willingly?
We sometimes wonder if evil indeed lives on earth. Wars, persecutions, killings, tortures, abuse for human and animals.
Is really Heaven open to the believers who yet torture human and animals, or to activists who protect the weak and any form of life?
Nature instincts are supposed to make us protect the weak, the smaller and defenseless. But what we do is the other way around. Violent crimes against animals and animal abuse make it a common reality in urban and rural areas and yet to be recognized globally as a severe felony.
In modern times science has discovered elementary particles on space yet takes time to defeat or prevent diseases like cancer. Humanity presents an absolute imbalance in its directions and successes. Does it have to do with a directed science or industries ordered priorities? It, however, is a lack of education at school about right and wrong, about animals rights, about these creatures created before humankind by God, about our actions of consciousness in life daily.
Researchers testing on animals will defend science achievements at any cost. Hunters posting images laughing in self-conceit next to their trophies, or on top of them, most of the times endangered species defend this right as they call it, in a cruel language. Pets abuse is reaching millions of reported cases annually. Farms raise until death in doubtful conditions the animals causing all forms of stress until last breath. In several countries, animals suffer beaten during the training process and obliged to learn things for the circus or compete in dogfighting and similar illegal forms of paid races.
How can we talk of Peace when we have meat in our plate?
How can someone beat to death a baby seal in sounds of its scream and then go to church? What kind of human will wear fur from a beaten to death, defenseless baby? This is definitely not modernity. This does not go along the modern era in which we design trips to space.
It is the time for all of us, each one however can and all together, to fight against all forms of animal cruelty and reclaim our humanity. EU as well must vote for a full ban on seal products to help to stop this annual cruelty, against seals hunting.
We need through societies and organizations to rescue and care, to take action on animal abuse in every industry using cruel methods, to report animal hunting or factory farms abusing animals, to take action on horses and donkey abuse, or animal neglect.
Even pets are not that lucky to have a nice home with good people to love and care; there are millions of pets suffering in the hands of abusive people, as per millions of reported cases annually.
It has been proven that people who prove cruel to animals are violent against people as well. How many times we’ve read for crimes in the press, and at the same time comments of animal abuse in these cases? Validated studies researches reveal that stated domestic violence and child abuse cases embed abuse to animals as well.
We’ve seen numerous cases of animals slaughtered in agony in the halal or kosher method. It is proven in some halal and all kosher slaughter is carried out without prior stunning which is illegal and immoral. How does it make sense watching an animal suffering, making sounds, knowing in vast pain that this is the end? How much God is pleased with this?
And every Easter Christianity celebrates through massive lamb slaughters. Every religion must reconsider which customs should revive or survive our days, or how should be reconsidered in a new form that does not conflict animals rights.
Humans were not made to eat for pleasure as a sole purpose and under any moral cost. This is a perverted reality of twisted wealth. It is time to decide at which side you stand at. A nice illustrated slogan says how you can talk of peace with a dead animal in your plate.
Share your opinion in public for animal cruelty and educate others through awareness campaigns. Do not use products tested on animals. Check through PETA and check who manufactures in Hong Kong whereas pet cruelty is still available. Contribute to organizations operating animal sanctuaries and medical centers, or wildlife sanctuaries globally.
Give your own combat against any form of animal abuse and cruelty. Start with educating yourself today.
Thank God there are organizations and activists who educate us through vigorous actions and daily footprint with records of organized operations to stop or prevent worse, occasionally in collaboration with the law.
You need to urge yourself joining movements – you can do a great start today by signing petitions even through online applications, you may follow organizations (take my suggestion on PeTA https://www.peta.org/), and certainly, change your nutrition habits. We’ve created a toxic environment, so it makes a good start to embrace new habits and put organic food in your nutrition anyway.
I will not use any sensitive content images or describe cases of supreme brutality recorded in the media, as they are heartbreaking. But you should watch on your own free will to understand. Online libraries, network sources, institutions of research and learning abounded.
Remember small things start from us, the sparkle for a small action today will be reflecting for something good miles away tomorrow. Animals are reasoning creatures which deserve respect and have rights. Forget the shrug, what is your action to stop brutality against animals?
