Are you ready to go vegan?
You can start by being a vegetarian. Why should we stop animal cruelty and what solutions are there? The world’s current population is around 7.7 billion people and it continues to grow exponentially. Studies suggest that we might be 10 billion around 2060, and the numbers will continue to grow. As you can imagine, that means there are more and more mouths to feed and needs to be fulfilled.
Obviously, this will be a problem, because for most people the main source of food is animals. And right now animals are treated, so bad to the point where they die even before going to the slaughterhouse. They suffer but they cannot talk, only scream out.
Thank God, organizations like PeTA do care for the ethical treatment of the animals and have succeeded a lot to enforce new laws on the Animals Rights and remind us that all animals bleed the same.
The meat industry is pretty much a nightmare right now and we can’t do that much if anything about it.
The only thing we can consider right now is to figure out where animal cruelty comes from and eliminate it if possible. But unfortunately this has been running for a very long time and no solutions were found.
Animals are beaten, tortured and killed as a way to show human supremacy
But the reality is that animals are not the only source of food you can find on our planet. There are many others, so what we want to do is to be creative and actively focus on finding the best possible solutions out there. And thankfully there are some solutions when it comes to replacing animal meat with other compounds. We can still be healthy by eating other stuff as well.
Being vegetarian is the answer. If you really want to stop seeing animal cruelty, the first thing you want to do is to stop purchasing products that are made from slaughtered animals. It really matters a lot to just go vegan or full vegetarian, because it’s the right thing to do and it has the potential to change your life towards the better.
You can see for example halal, or kosher, a tradition for amendments. It’s not ok to torture an animal and make it suffer an agonizing death, as most of the times slaughtering are performed without prior stunning and thus the capacity to feel pain until death. Making sure that, you appreciate and respect animals, is crucial here and finding the right diet to help you achieve that will help you immensely. Thankfully being a vegetarian will bring you great benefits, and with the right commitment, you can be fine.

Removing meat from your diet is hard to do, so you have to do that gradually if possible. But it can be done, as long as you have the right amount of focus and commitment.
Losing the extra body fat. Not only does animal cruelty become the most unfair thing ever, but your body is also not ok with meat all the time. That’s why you need to make sure that you lose the extra body fat, otherwise, you will end up with problems that you have to avoid. Thankfully, losing body fat is possible if you become a vegetarian and that’s exactly what you should do right away.
Live Longer
It’s important to note that the vegetarian diet is also protecting your body from unhealthy problems that can appear. It’s one of those things that really matter a lot once you start eating healthily. You prevent animal cruelty and you finally get to focus on being fit and healthy in the long run.
Staying away from food toxins. As we all know, meat originated from animals has hormones and toxins. There’s no way around it, that kind of food is toxic for your body and that’s why you have to prepare it the best way that you can. With that in mind, being vegetarian helps you stay away from all of that. You will mostly eat veggies and other things in between, and the best part is that they are bound to work very well and with amazing results. It’s certainly a challenge at first, but with the right approach, you can shift your diet to make it friendlier for your body. Or else, you will end up with health problems and those are never good.
